  • You means the individual or legal entity accessing or using our Service.

Order Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the Goods, without providing a reason.

The cancellation deadline is 30 days from the date the Goods were received by you or a third party (excluding the carrier) appointed by you.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods. The refund will be issued via the original payment method, and you will not incur any additional fees.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days.
  • The Goods are in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Goods that have been custom-made, engraved, or personalised.
  • Goods that deteriorate quickly or have an expired date.
  • Goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons if unsealed after delivery.
  • Goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded unless required by applicable law.

Returning Goods

If you wish to return Goods, you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning them to us at:

We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. Refunds will only be processed upon receiving the returned Goods or proof of delivery.

Damaged Goods

If you receive damaged Goods, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected]. Please include:

  • A photo of the damage
  • A description of the issue

Bespoke and Engraved Orders

If you have ordered engraved or bespoke items and later decide to cancel, we cannot offer a refund, as these items are made specifically for you.

Gifts

  • If the Goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the return is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the Goods were not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves first, we will issue the refund to the gift giver.
